284.8. Lunges: 24” – 30; 18” – 70.
Breakfast Teaching: FIRST 2008: The Heart Of First with Pastor Robert Morris
I took too long getting to bed last night and shortened my sleep to only five hours. Bugger.
Lunges went well this morning; I felt stronger and more stable on the 24: lunges than previously. Guitar practice went better than expected It has been about a week since my last practice, it seems, but I still had my lesson piece Star Catcher memorized. Yay! It works on playing with artificial harmonics.
I’m working a 9-5 shift today. I like getting to work this shift; it’s a little different from my usual. I start as the primary register, and when the 12-8 person gets in and takes over the other register from the earlier person I become the secondary register and start focusing more on the store when I’m not needed at the register. Then, about 2:30 I hand over my register to the 2:30-10:30 person and work solely on the store until I go home at 5 p.m.
