280.6. So, my weight is stable for two days in a row. My current ultimate goal is 215-225.; not sure which. I’ll decide when I get there. For now, my immediate goal is 280.5. No big jump, no delusions of grandeur. Just a simple one tenth of a pound reduction at a time.
I’m slowly getting quicker and faster at work. Yay!
My exercise lunges are at 15 twelve inch lunges with 85 six inch lunges. Tomorrow will be 20 with 80. As for my weight, I’ve dropped from two bowls of Cheerios Multigrain cereal for breakfast to one bowl. I still eat two cinnamon raisin English muffins before I go to work. My precious wife, Anita, makes me a wrap or a sandwich for work. I will have to resist eating a second time at work when I’m there more than 5-1/2 to 6 hours. I was successful yesterday for 8 hours. For after work, I will try to drop having seconds, or cut down on any snacking temptation. The easiest way for me to do that will be to just go to bed.
I watched a YouTube video of Alexandr Misko playing 4 Days Of August last night. WOW! I am truly amazed at his talent. I have been watching his videos for around a month. I would like to play this well for GOD, bringing the music of heaven to earth.
