Today I started living on a schedule. I like to get up 4 hours before I have to be at work so I can get everything done at an easy, peaceful pace.
I started with breakfast while watching:
Then I did 34 minutes on my treadmill for 1.04 miles while watching:
I learn a lot and am greatly encouraged watching Pastor Morris. I highly recommend his teaching videos.
I also went back to work for the first time today. The last time I worked was August 17th. I only worked two hours today, but it was nice to start getting accustomed to the activity again. After getting home and relaxing my back mildly reminded me how little I have done for the past two months. I am grateful Family Express has allowed me to come back, and at a graduated schedule of hours. True, I was on FMLA, but I have heard stories of people who had a rather hard time coming back to work and getting going again. It seems that my store manager and field consultant (district manager) are eager to get me working full time as soon as I am allowed, and get me trained for the delivery job I was supposed to start while I was in the hospital. That they are still looking to move me to the delivery job tells me they have integrity; putting me where I was going to be before I went to the hospital.
Thank you for reading My Journey.
Be most blessed!
