My Journey: Monday, November 4, 2019-Insurance Activated, Treadmill Walk, Guitar Practice, Family Express

Today was a reasonably productive day. I seem to be staying up late at night like I did when I was working closes at Family Express; except the days I have to be up the next morning. Anyway, today I went online to check on my insurance and verified that it has actually, finally, been activated. I did have to change who they had listed as my Primary Care Physician (PCP) and ask for a new insurance card. Actually, I haven’t received my first one yet, but I was able to download a temporary paper copy. Now I can start paying my medical bills for October 1st and after. I can also now get my prescriptions filled. Yay!

I also did my treadmill walk today with my regular progression up to 2.0 mph and a 2.0 incline for 27 minutes today; which got me 0.80 miles. I even broke a sweat.

Guitar practice went well. My fingertips did not hurt as much as they have been, and my hands are starting to get the feel for the guitar again.

I went to the Family Express Home Office and dropped off the Work Release form I received from Dr. Cary, the surgeon from Indianapolis that I had an appointment with last Friday. Family Express has faxed his office their Back To Work Form and we are waiting for it to be returned before they call me to go back to work. Step by step with a little patience. It will happen.

Thank you for reading My Journey today.

Be most blessed!
