My Journey: Saturday, October 26, 2019-No Walk But I Practiced Guitar Finally, Healing Scripture PDF Download

Today’s weather was rainy. It seemed every time I looked outside it was just raining more, and was more windy. I should have walked in Walmart; though my wife came home with a suggestion, to walk around Menard’s–good idea. However, looking outside I figured I would be drenched before I ever got inside the store. We do have an old treadmill in one of our rooms. I asked my sons if they would move it to our one vacant room and set it up for me. It is quite heavy, and has a user weight limit of 250 pounds. Right about where I am at. Hopefully they will be moving it tomorrow.

I find my appetite is back in full force, which means I need to start reigning it in to prevent gluttony. I have no desire to get up to the weight I used to be at, and truly desire to drop to the 215-225 range and see how I feel. I need to lose about 30-40 pounds.

I finally picked up my Martin D-1 guitar today, for the first time in way too long. I started practicing. Hopefully I will be faithful to this and actually do something with it. I used to truly enjoy playing guitar, I need to get that back. I also believe I need to do it as a blessing to others. We shall see what comes to pass. Please pray for me to be faithful in this.

One other thing. I am back to working on a PDF download of all the Health, Healing, and Life Scriptures that I use to post each day. Once I get it done I believe I am going to add a “Free Items” page and post it. I am thinking I may also start a “Donations” page separate from it. I would truly like to make this site at least a serious part time job. I can only do it if I have the necessary income, though. It’s a touchy subject, but I believe I need to go that way if I am going to eventually make a serious ministry of this and go considerably beyond “My Journey” and “Daily Scriptures For Health, Healing, And Life” posts as my mainstay.

Thank you for reading My Journey today.

Be blessed!
