(292.5) Workout #2 – 300 Step-ups with ½ pound ankle weights at 23:43.96. I had a smooth pace, but it felt slower than this; quite pleased with the results – first time with ankle weights. 15 knee push-ups. Adding one each time, then, once I hit 20, I will add two each time. Goal: 100 – knee push-ups, then improve to 100 regular push-ups, consecutive (no breaks).
Put in applications at Menard’s (Portage and Valparaiso) and Strack’s/Town and Country (Chesterton, Portage, Valparaiso, Hobart). I also added a “Donation” widget to the My Faith, My Journey, My World web site. I was planning on doing this in December or January at the earliest, but with my current situation I thought I should do so now. I need to change my employment status from Taxi Driver to Writer.
