(297.0) What?! One more week to complete my first cycle of workouts that include the new routine. I am wondering how things are going to work out with my new job and work schedule; how will my new workouts be affected? Today was workout 3 with 8 pound dumbbells.
Tomorrow is my first Saturday off. I am thinking of setting my alarm for 6:00 a.m. for Saturday and Sunday mornings. I will still need to get in bed before 10 p.m. I need to get good, consistent sleep, and make good use of my time.
I have noticed that I don’t really care to watch movies or television as I used to, even recently. I am enjoying Skywatch TV, with just 20-30 minute episodes, then getting on to other things. I am also enjoying podcasts while I do my driving, when I am without a customer. I listen to: Kris Valloton, Todd White, Skywatch, The Naked Bible with Mike Heisner, Exploring the Prophetic with Shawn Bolz. Brilliant Perspectives with Graham Cook, Bethel Redding, Bethel Valparaiso, and I’m looking to add Dr. Caroline Leaf, Elevation Church, and Upper Room. Consistently pouring good, sound teaching into me seems to be changing my perspective overall and strengthening me. This is consistent with Psalm 1.
I have considerably more, and more consistent peace; stronger, more enduring peace.
Interesting. Today at the end of my soaking/prayer time I saw myself go over to a button on some table. As I pushed the button my actual alarm went off to let me know it is time to get ready for work.
