My weight is still up today; it is usually lower on Sundays. Good news is that my average weight for the week is down, my lean body mass appears to be up, and my neck went down in circumference a little. I must just keep at it: patience, persistence, and consistency. Next week I begin my transition to add my new job at Frontline. I will have to get up at 4:00 a.m. Monday and do my morning routine, including exercise, before going in to Frontline to fill out their new hire paperwork and talk about what I will be doing and their vision for me at their organization.
I have my next CDL physical in February, I think. I need to get below 250.0 by then. Five more months.

I’m shifting my schedule this week to transition into my new job and work schedule. Frontline Mondays and Wednesdays; Krazy Cab Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
I go to Frontline today to fill out new hire paperwork and talk with Lici about the job. I believe this is a good organization. I also believe this is the correct move right now. I must make good use of the additional morning time I will have by using it for studying and writing.
I need to write a ‘Disclaimer’ page, and a ‘Making A Difference’ page. I also need to add a ‘Poetry’ category; along with doing a study of the ‘Daily Recitation’, and add a ‘Daily Confession’. Much studying and writing to do. ‘Social Issues’ may also become a category as well as ‘Saving America’.
