(300.0) [278.4] This makes absolutely NO sense. What the heck is going on? Wednesday is usually my high weight day, but back up to 300 pounds? Really? And 299 yesterday? I should be around 295.0 and pushing below 290.0, and reaching for 285.0. This setback will not stop me. I will continue, and by the grace of GOD, I will prevail!
200 step-ups @ 13:58.77 with 6 knee push-ups.
I was very short on sleep last night, only about 4-1/2 hours, and 5 hours to 5 hours fifteen minutes the night before. This often affects my weight, but not by this much at a time. We shall see.

(300.0) [278.2] This is slightly troubling. I got about 6 hours 15 minutes of sleep last night, thou it was broken a bit the last 2-1/2 to 3 hours. This setback will not prevail. I will lose my excessive weight and get in shape once again. One of my goals is 100 continuous regular push-ups. Yesterday I did 6 knee push-ups, tomorrow I will do 7. This goal may take me to the end of next year (2019) to accomplish, but I am going to pursue. My best ever was 110 in 2 minutes in the army when I was younger. My goal is not the speed, but the number in continuity. I’ve been doing high planks (push-up position) and low (elbow) planks for more than 6 months, and I started the knee push-ups a couple weeks ago. Add one each time I do that exercise routine and in about 40 weeks I will be at 100. Then I start replacing one at a time with a regular push-up. 40 more weeks and I should be at 100 regular, proper push-ups. Yay!
I started memorizing Psalm 1 (Salmos 1) in Spanish yesterday. I remember three words: Bienaventurado el varón. It’s a start. I want to learn my daily recitation in Spanish; then in Hebrew and in Greek, and in ASL.
I saw Justin and Kaiden sitting on the floor of a room (living room size) and Anita standing and talking to them in a black, sleeveless dress, high circle neck, with lavender and white flowers on it. She was close to her good weight and looked happy, well, and good. The room almost seemed to be where our garage is.
