(293.0) [285.0] My average weight is down 0.28 pounds this week (7/8-15/18). I need to keep at it. This week I mover from 125 step-ups to 150, and from 1:10 high plank to 1:20. I’m going to keep the weights the same this cycle. Next cycle I’ll add one more round. I am hoping to start regularly lowering my weekly peak weight along with my low weight. I need to watch my sleep.
