(296.0) [286.0] Next week I will keep the dumbbell exercises the same for one more cycle, then add one more round to make three rounds for two cycles, then start adding weight every two cycles. Next week I will add ten seconds to the plank (high plank); I will do this until I get up to two minutes. I think I should also change hand positions every session: normal-narrow-normal-wide-normal. I will also add twenty-five step-ups each cycle until I am at 200 step-ups, then I will add weight-ankle and dumbbell-every second cycle until I reach ten pounds each; keeping a balance with the two weights. I am shooting for 290.0 or lower for this coming Sunday. I aim to catch up to my target progress. With consistent work, self-discipline/self-control, and patience, and most certainly GOD’s grace, I will get there.
