(298.5) [287.2] 5-1/2 hours sleep. Good sleep. 125 step-ups in 13:44:83. Last week 300.5.

Can I start getting myself to bed by 9:30 each night, asleep by 10:00?

Dinner was one sirloin patty, one slice of cheese, and a 12 ounce bag of vegetables.

(298.5) [287.0] About 5:30-5:45 hours of sleep last night. Slept through until 3:54 before awaking for the first time. This seems good to me. Did 4 dumbbell exercises, 2/10 each, non-stop, plus 1:10 high plank, and 0:30 low plank. Last Thursday 299.0; I had moved off the peak of 300.5. Didn’t get home until almost 7:30 p.m., so I was less active in the evening this week.

(297.0) [286.8] 125 step-ups in 11:52:67. I ate two beef patties last night with 10 oz. of vegetables, and went to bed by 9:30, I think. My weight has to break downward soon.
