(300.0) [292.4] It appears my short walk is about 2.2 miles.

I am hoping to be on track by August 1, 2018. Otherwise I will need to make further adjustments. Yesterday I ate one bowl of cereal for dinner and got to bed at about 10 p.m. Woke up at 4 a.m., which gave me 6 hours of sleep. The walk took from 7:07 p.m. to 8:04 p.m. My fastest walk to date. It should be 45 minutes or less. Under 50 minutes and I can just do the longer walk all the time, so long as I start by 7:30 p.m.

I am concerned about my fitness, health, and receiving my healing and wholeness. I need my weight and kidneys right before January 1, 2019. I would like to see total healing with excessive weight being lost this week. I need to get on my projected schedule.

Holy Father, please, help me with this.

(297.5) [292.0] The short walk distance appears to have been 2.6 miles according to my fitness app, and the long walk distance 3.6 miles. Patience and consistency will be key in success. I need to push below 295.0 this week, and have a lower high than previous cycles.

I need to order 2 copies of Kerry Kirkwood’s book on “Blessings” this weekend and start the new blog “My Faith, My Journey, My World.”

Today I feel a boost of hope.

Understanding The Experience During Praise And Worship, Sunday, April 15, 2018, Part 8:

I thought there would be the labor pains and travail that come with the process, but it seems this became a sudden birth.

The fire began in my lower abdomen. As many today seem unaware, this is the spiritual heart of man, for “out of the belly shall flow rivers of living water”. It is sad that today, so many are unaware of this that even some Bible interpretations and translations are perverting the text to read “chest” instead of the correct word “belly”.

The fire starts in the lower abdomen, the center of my being, and spreads, or more accurately gushes down my legs. This fire was burning from the inside coming out.
