(300.0) [292.8] Regrettably, I was lazy yesterday and did not do any work in the garden, the yard, or the deck. I didn’t even put up Anita’s new drapes in the kitchen. I find I am addicted to food and to TV programs. It seems I am slowly, very slowly, dealing with these things, but I often have sudden bouts of failure and escapism.

Listening to the Praying Medic on It’s Supernatural it seems I know the answer to my problems and lack of progress; it’s recorded in Psalm 1:

But his delight is in the law of YEHOVAH (the LORD), and in His law doth he meditate day and night.

I need to follow this simple instruction.

(300.0) [292.6] This week’s high point is again 300.0. I need to find the adjustments, and make them, that will lessen the increase during my weekends. Breakfast when we go out must do away with the pancakes, bread, etc. Maybe I should also go to one beef patty instead of two at dinner; and no hamburger buns. It seems my ‘snacking’ is greatly reduced, but I need to eliminate it; replace it with a glass of water maybe. I think I need to increase my water intake by about a quart a day.

GOD IS GOOD! I was blessed to share GOD’s WORD yesterday at work and on Facebook, and to pray for Ryan from Michigan City. This, I believe is why I have this job at Krazy Cab. The two things I struggle with are having enough income to pay for my household as the one responsible for doing so, and not seeing enough of GOD’s Kingdom being brought to bare in the cab. I need GOD’s grace and guidance; always in all ways. I need YEHOVAH.
