(292.0, 290.0, 290.0) Not enough sleep last night; only 4-1/2 hours. 290.0? Better than the 292.0 from a few days ago. Hoping to drop a pound or more per week until I get below 250.0. Then I will be continuing to work down to 225.0. From there I will decide where to go.
